Bobby Rush Done Did It Again

I can't get enough of Bobby Rush. This guy is priceless. He could be the most unintenionally funny person out there right now. In his latest defense of Roland Burris he takes a backhanded swipe at Ted Kennedy that would make Roger Federer proud.

Politico-Rush, who also is a minister, apparently referred to Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) when he spoke of a politician who "drove off a bridge. People died."

Is this guy good or what? He may not be able to speak coherently but he can still deliver the goods. He wasn't given the memo that you have to be nice to the "lion of the senate."

Heres a good one liner that Bobby can use next time. Q) So why do they call Ted Kennedy the lion of the senate? A) Because lions have killed people to. Zing. That ones a big crowd pleaser Bobby.

By the way Politico has a huge story about a fight between Rush Limbaugh and Michael Steele at the top of the page while this is a small story down the bottom. To recap, a radio host who argues with the head of the RNC is a major lead story while a Democrat congressman reminds everyone that the leading Democrat senator over the past 5 decades killed a woman is minor issue. Good to know.
