Outstanding.The Bidenator strikes again!
Appearing on the Today Show with Matt Lauer, our guy decided that he knows better than anyone in the CDC: Basically if you live in a big city and don’t own your own car, yeah, according to Joey, just stay home. Don’t take a train, a plane, and automobile, eh, fine I suppose. Just make sure you go to a field and if you’re 50 miles from one than sneezes, you’re golden. Anyone else, hit the panic button! (Sound nonsensical??—yeah read this quote below—it won’t be anymore clear after reading it though. Don’t say I didn't warn you!). I don’t know; let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he didn't think the impact of this statement would really be that big of a deal. After all, a good portion of his voting block is unemployed by choice and not leaving the house anyway.
His words:
“I would tell members of my family — and I have — I wouldn't go anywhere in confined places now,” Biden said on NBC’s “Today” show.. “It’s not that it’s going to Mexico. It’s [that] you’re in a confined aircraft. When one person sneezes, it goes all the way through the aircraft. That’s me. … “So, from my perspective, what it relates to is mitigation. If you’re out in the middle of a field when someone sneezes,
that’s one thing. If you’re in a closed aircraft or closed container or closed
car or closed classroom, it’s a different thing.”
I think Obama is ready to ship Joey off to Mexico City at this point. For once, I almost agree with him on something.
